P&O Cruises Double Launch Event

In October the Contact Centre hosted their first ever exclusive P&O Cruises double launch event which saw many Carnival UK departments delivering first hand knowledge and experiences to the teams. The launch was split between a presentation which focused on getting to know more about our Regional Sales Team and Iona.

Throughout the event our people got the chance to learn more about the experiences that we offer our Guests onboard, such as our spa, photography packages, retail and food beverages. There were also representation from our Ship Building teams and Holiday Extras.

Cunard Launch event

We were delighted to see how engaged everyone was who attended the CCO exclusive Cunard Launch event! The event took place in the atrium where there were stands hosted by a range of experts in all things Cunard. It provided the Contact Centre team with some of our on board experiences that ranged from trying out our retailers brand new virtual reality products to viewing a video of the new onboard production TOP HAT!

Wellness 366  and Tidy Friday

The Contact Centre has a great initiative to promote the importance of having a tidy and clean working environment. The winners of the team with the tidiest desk received doughnuts and they got to decide which magazine subscription they wanted for their new quiet area.
