Our Year-End Conversation window is open from today until 29 November in myHR.
The Year-End Conversation is a wonderful opportunity for you to take the time and space to reflect on your performance and development over the past year and have an open and forward thinking conversation with our Line Manager.
To help ensure you get the most from your Year-End Conversation make sure you:
- Put time in the diary for a face-to-face meeting with your Line Manager
- Remember this is an opportunity to consider ‘what’ you’ve achieved in terms of goals for the past year and ‘how’ you’ve done this by displaying the right values and behaviours
- Reflect on your recent Q3 Enabling conversation
- Recognise your key successes
- Consider any challenges you’ve encountered, highlight examples of how you overcame these, and share your key learnings
- Draw out focus for your future personal development and growth
- Be honest and open to receiving and giving feedback
- Think about what support you need going forward
