- Ensuring all GTP / RP comms across crew lifecycle align with CUK’s people strategy and adopts appropriate “tone of voice”
- Management of GTP / agency invoicing and accurately reflecting the services received
- Ensuring GTP compliance with MLC, FMSI, FMSB as well as defining & actioning audit requirements

Who are your Revenue Partners?
The Revenue Partners are our valued 3rd parties suppliers who provide specialist crew offering a variety of services onboard to our valued passengers. They manage the full recruitment and onboarding process, fully supporting their members when joining our ships.
One Spa World – Specialists from One Spa Worldoperate and supply the spa facilities onboard. They recruit and supply Hairdressers, Nail Technicians, Fitness Instructors, Facial Specialists and Massage therapists.
Hardings Retail – Operate and provide the retail duty free shops onboard. The roles within this area are Shop Assistants and Shop Managers as well as specialist sales consultants in watches, jewelry and cosmetics.
Carnival Casino – Provide and operate the onboard Casino and Casino events onboard. Job specialists in this area include; Casino Managers, Supervisors, Cashiers and Dealers.
De Montfort Art – Operate, stock and sell from the onboard Art Gallery, the main specialists working onboard in this area are the Gallery Manager and Art Consultant.
Tempest Photography – Provide and operate the photography services onboard. The photography department is a small but valued team, consisting of Photographers, a Photography Manager and an Assistant Photography Manager.
