Contact Centre Operations have just launched two fantastic wellbeing initiatives for the teams, Wellness 366 and the ‘Chill Out Zone’. Read on to find out how they are Passionate about Happiness and Heroes of Safe and Well.
Wellness 366, is the new Contact Centre Operations exclusive wellness programme for the year ahead. Each month there is a focus on healthy mind, healthy body or healthy bank. CCO will be running activities, providing tips, interactive workshops and learning opportunities for the team. CCO have committed to a yearlong wellness programme for the team to benefit from whilst at work, and learn how to make small changes to their everyday life. The wellbeing agenda for CCO doesn’t end there! They have also been on a mission to create a fully functioning quiet area, designed by our people for our people.
CCO are delighted to launch the first stage of their Chill Out Zone. They have replaced the Bone Table with comfy sofas, a coffee table, divider and giant Connect 4! This is a safe space where CCO team members can go to relax, unwind and disconnect from their day. The area is a ‘no meeting zone’ and exclusive to use by CCO colleagues. The trial stage is now completed and feedback has been gathered. CCO are now working on the next stage to deliver the ideal space!
