To help improve women’s experiences onboard our ships, Iona have established a leading ladies network which focuses on creating an inclusive space for women to connect, share experiences and discuss area for improvement onboard.
Lead by Dr. IIna and Sarah, HR Officer, the duo have inspired women onboard to come together and share their views in a safe space where everyone can be heard and supported. They’ve also led the charge on a number of activities for the group to take part in, from creative workshops to fitness challenges.
