We answer all queries and provide the required support to our fleet colleagues and stakeholders in enhancing the employee experience of our fleet colleagues.

For our fleet colleagues, we:

1. Ensure their queries are responded and resolved within the defined SLA.

2. Support crew in their employee life cycle with carnival, always empathising with their needs and providing appropriate responses.

3. Process the expense claims within defined SLA’s after proper scrutinisation.
