Coming straight from our Culture Essentials, Risk Advisory and Assurance Services (RAAS) is excited to announce the launch of ‘Improve’, a new digital suggestion box designed to capture risk, process and control insights and opportunities globally.
RAAS already gathers risk and control related insights from you through the normal course of risk assessment activities, audits, and interactions with the business. However, Improve provides a way for you to share the following information, easily and quickly, either with your contact details or anonymously, at any time:
- Internal control improvement ideas: Is there a control or procedure that you’re not sure is working as it should or could be done better?
- Emerging risk insights: Anything you think should be on the company’s radar but isn’t getting the attention it deserves

- Process improvement opportunities: Is there a process that could use a second set of eyes to help drive efficiency or unlock value?
Improve is available at any time using the link here or you can find it on The Insider under the Quick Links menu. As it’s created using Microsoft 365 you’ll need to be signed in, using your network username and password, to access it.
